• If you are not satisfied with the outcome, please call our Assistant Vice President for Patient Care at ext. 5405. If there is no answer or it is after 5 p.m., please press "0" and ask the operator to page the administrative supervisor.

We will address your concern in a timely manner and attempt to resolve your concern efficiently.
