Interpretive Services
If you do not speak English, or if you are visually and/or hearing impaired, interpretation services will be provided to you at no charge. Please tell the person helping you if you need an interpreter.

Hearing-Impaired
If you are hearing-impaired, please tell us. We need to know the best ways to communicate with you. Tell us if you wear hearing aids or need any assisted listening devices.

Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted listening devices are available for use while you are a patient at Valley Hospital & Medical Center. Tell your nurse if you need a TTY or a hearing aid amplifier.
