Visitor Information

For Your Convenience

We believe that visitors are important to the healing process, and we encourage family and friends to visit.  With the exception of the Intensive Care Units, all patients who wish to may see visitors and receive calls.  The direct phone number to the patient’s room is posted on the patient’s phone or the receptionist may transfer your call.

Each department has nearby waiting rooms and restrooms for people waiting to see a patient.  Please do not use the restrooms in the patient’s room.  Ask staff about these locations.

Outpatient Services and Surgery Waiting

Outpatient Services is an area designed with the convenience of the patient and visitors in mind. Patients who are coming in just for the day to receive blood or fluids, have tests and other procedures done will start here. This area is also where people having surgery, whether they are staying overnight or not, begin their hospital admission. It has a large waiting room where visitors and family can wait. You will be updated on your patient's condition and given information about when you can see them. You may be referred to the third floor Surgical Waiting area, if appropriate. The phone number is 473-5424.
