We care what you think. We recognize that you are the expert and exceptional care for our patients must ultimately be delivered by you. Here are some of our efforts toward employee satisfaction.
- An engagement survey developed by the Gallup Organization soliciting feedback about your experiences at work. The hospital’s overall scores have increased 7.5% between April and December!)
- Follow-up meetings with staff to find out what the organization can do to simplify and improve your job.
- Employees are given ways, such as employee forums, to speak directly with company leadership to share thoughts on our organization and its direction.
- A safe culture. Our organization is working hard to create an open, safe culture, where less-than-ideal situations are recognized to be most often a failure in the process, which can be improved.
