To entire EMERGENCY ROOM STAFF,
In December 2009 my wife and daughter were in a roll over accident and were transported via ambulance to the Spokane Valley Hospital Emergency room. It is impossible for me to put into words as to how thankful I am to the entire staff which helped my family. The staff exhibited an extreme amount of empathy an delivered a quality of care which made a tough situation bearable. My daughter showed no signs of injury however the doctor and staff still did a very complete examination of her.
My wife had a laceration on her forehead. Dr. Jem Yelkovan really deserves a special thanks, not only did he exhibit a calming demeanor, but was very thorough in his service and the tests that were conducted. The technical nature of the stitching this man delivered was incredible and I am fairly sure it would be impossible to do any better job or at least deliver care with any more effort. I got the greatest present for the Holidays that any person could ever have, my family was banged up and bruised, but they were alive and would soon be well. The staff and Dr. Yelkovan are phenomenal in the amount of effort and concern they deliver!! They are definitely in the right profession and are appreciated by me!

| I can't say enough about all the nurses and aides. They were great!! |
| They [nurses] were awfully good to me, so kind and understanding, They were the nicest nurses I have ever met. |
| Again, no matter what shift, the care was very good. |
